Should you wish to place an order, just simply search for the item using the "search" bar or find the product via our shop and select it. You can then add the product to your cart, ready for when you check out. You can then choose to continue the magical shopping experience and add other products or checkout and make payment for the items that are currently in the cart. We aim to process orders within one working day for most of our products. For custom and personalised products, please allow 3-4 working days for your items to be processed. If for any reason we need additional time to make a personalised order then we will notify you at the earliest opportunity to make you aware.

Please note that shipping/ delivery times are separate, so please factor this in when placing your order.

Spiritual-Is currently accept payment by Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.

Should you wish to cancel your order then you are entitled to do so in some instances.

• If for example you order a product and the cancellation comes prior to the dispatch of your items, then we will simply issue a refund. Please note that if we have already arranged shipping then you may incur the cost of this.

• If you order a product and the cancellation request comes through after the product has been dispatched; and is with the courier for delivery, then you have 30 days to return the product in line with the terms of service around returns which can be found on our shipping and returns page. The refund for the product will be issued once we have taken receipt of the product again.

• Customised and personalised products cannot be returned due to the nature of the product. Where there is an error on behalf of the Spiritual-Is team, then we will of course, replace and resend the item.

In any instance, all we ask is that you please get in contact with us at the earliest opportunity to make us aware so we can ensure that our level of customer service keeps vibrating at a high frequency.

There is no maximum limit on the order you can make for your spiritual products. We do however offer wholesale and bulk discounts for larger volume purchases. There is no minimum order limit on our products. You can order as low as a single product all the way up to bulk/ wholesale orders. We do offer free postage to UK Mainland deliveries on orders £25 and over; and/ or free worldwide postage to orders that total £50 or over.
